Structure

  • Personality & Career Objectives Questionnaire

    Prior to the first session with your coach, you will be asked to fill out an extensive questionnaire to help your coach understand what your all about and what you hope to achieve through coaching.

  • Session 1 - Questionnaire Review & Fit Assessment

    The first session with your coach is all about identifying what you hope to achieve through the coaching process and to determe if the coach & client are a good match for each other. Answers to the questionnaire will be discussed, the format for future sessions will be clarified and expectations for both parties will be set. If after the first session, the client doesn’t feel that the coach is a good match, he/she can cancel the purchase and have all payments refunded. This first session as well as all future sessions, may be held in person, by phone or via web-based video.

  • Sessions 2+

    Typically held once or twice a month, the second session and those that follow are where the real progress is made. Clients are responsible for initiating each session and bringing a list of topics to discuss. Then through active questioning, the coach helps identify goals, conflicts and everything in between and pushes you towards action plans and solutions.

  • 5 Session Minimum

    The benefits of coaching aren’t realized overnight, it takes time to convert ideas generated in the coaching sessions into action plans and personal victories. For this reason we require a minimum purchase of 5 sessions. With the initial meeting and 4 follow up sessions we believe that you will start to see the results of your work.
